ITI Upgradation in Uttarakhand

The project of upgradation of 25 Govt. I.T.I.s across Uttarakhand is a part of a comprehensive skill training upgradation scheme. Master planning of upgradation of building and site infrastructure has been done to cater to an upgraded pedagogy, which involves smart features, and uses multimedia based instruction, upgraded industry grade safety of workshops, and a sustainable, comfortable, and safe building has been envisioned for the occupants. Space planning, smart enablement, structural repairs and rehabilitation, ensuring adequate hygiene, solar power generation, rainwater harvesting, use of state-of-the-art technologies, overcoming challenges posed by the harsh terrain to improve connectivity were some of the key interventions made to improve the quality of education for over 12,000 students studying in these institutes every year.
