Stacked House

Our brief was to create a building with multiple similar residential units but with a facade that doesn't look monotonous. With a contemporary figure in mind, and with roads on two adjacent sides, the client wanted an exclusive design for the building. With a separate access to the basement and a office lobby on the ground level, the building acts as a mixed use property.
